KNK are proud to announce that a few days ago Yale DWS Ltd used a photograph of one of our recent fire door installation on their Linkedin feed. "Fire door safety is a huge priority for Yale. We place great importance on the partners we work with, selecting them for their commitment to the cause. Sentry Doors Ltd is a great example of this. They fully understand the vital role that fire doors play in the overall performance of a building. The FD60 specification tests doorsets to withstand at least 60 minutes of protection against fires. Yale’s AutoEngage multi-point door lock, KM TS007 1-star Cylinder, TS008 letterplate, and TS007 2-star handle were collectively fitted and tested on Sentry Doors 54mm doorset with LORIENT intumescent seal, passing the test requirements of BS 476-22:1987 and exceeding the FD60 time test by an additional 25%.
